These Terms and Conditions govern all travel bookings made with The Luxury Booking (UK). Please read them carefully, as they outline both your rights and our responsibilities. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Luxury Booking Travel UK, while “you” and “your” refer to the lead passenger, all persons named on the booking, and anyone to whom a booking is transferred.
1. Website Use
By accessing or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of them, please stop using the site immediately. By continuing to use the website, you also confirm that you understand and accept any future updates to these Terms.
2. Booking Options
You may choose to book either:
- A complete holiday package (including flights, accommodation, and transfers), or
- Individual travel services such as flights or hotels only.
When confirming a booking, you enter into a contract either with The Luxury Booking (as principal) or directly with the relevant travel supplier (as agent). This will be clearly stated on your confirmation invoice.

4. Booking Confirmation
When you make a reservation, you confirm that:
- You are aged 18 or over and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of all travellers.
- You agree to the use of your personal data under our Privacy Policy.
- You accept full financial responsibility for all payments related to the booking.
Your booking becomes valid only after we receive the required payment (deposit or full balance) and issue a confirmation invoice. Always check that all passenger names exactly match their passports.
Because all travel services depend on live availability, your booking is not final until tickets are issued.
5. Payment Terms
Fares may change until tickets are issued. Adjustments in government taxes, airline surcharges, or exchange rates can affect final prices. Therefore, we recommend early booking and prompt payment to secure the lowest fares available.
6. Price Guarantee
After full payment, your fare is guaranteed and will not increase. Before this point, prices may vary due to:
- Increases in airline fuel costs,
- Government taxes or levies, or
- Currency exchange fluctuations.
Please note that paying a deposit alone does not secure the fare or seat.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Minor Changes:
Occasionally, small adjustments such as flight time changes under 24 hours, airline substitutions, or hotel upgrades may occur. We will notify you promptly. However, these minor alterations do not qualify for compensation.
Significant Changes:
Major changes may include:
- Flight delays exceeding 12 hours,
- Downgrades in accommodation standard,
- A departure airport change outside the same region, or
- Substantial itinerary modifications.
In such cases, you may:
- Accept the revised arrangements,
- Request a full refund, or
- Choose an alternative trip of equal or higher value (if available).
Please confirm your decision within the specified timeframe.
8. Cancellation by You
To cancel a booking, the lead passenger must submit written notice. The following charges apply:

Most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 4–10 weeks once the airline or supplier releases the funds.
9. Cancellations by Airlines or Suppliers
If your airline or supplier cancels, please send supporting documents such as the cancellation notice or ticket copy. Refund claims must be made within 7–48 days. Unfortunately, late claims cannot be processed.
10. Holiday Packages
Some holidays require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, we may cancel and issue a full refund. Occasionally, package prices may adjust for smaller groups.
11. Financial Protection
All air-inclusive holidays booked through The Luxury Booking are ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming your coverage. Should we or a supplier become insolvent, you may claim through the ATOL scheme or your card provider.
12. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
- Bank Transfers or Cash Deposits (by prior arrangement)
When using a third-party card, please provide written authorisation and valid identification. For instalment plans, payments must be made on schedule. Missed payments may result in cancellation and legal recovery of any outstanding balance.
13. Termination by Passenger
Once tickets have been issued, cancellations cannot be made without paying the full balance. In cases of instalment plans, failure to complete payments or cancelling after confirmation may result in legal recovery of up to £10,000.
14. Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, or airline closures.
15. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring all travellers possess valid passports, visas, insurance, and health documents. We are not liable for losses or delays caused by missing or incorrect paperwork.
16. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in full compliance with UK Data Protection laws. Information is shared only with airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities when necessary for your travel. We never sell or misuse your personal details.
17. Fraudulent or False Claims
We take false disputes and chargebacks seriously. Submitting fraudulent claims may lead to legal action and recovery of related costs. Therefore, please contact us before raising any payment dispute.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We recognise that travel plans may change unexpectedly, and our refund policy aims to be transparent and fair.
1. Deposit Refunds
Deposits are typically non-refundable as they secure services with airlines and suppliers. However, if you cancel before tickets are issued, a partial refund may be available depending on supplier rules. It is always best to confirm this with your travel consultant at the time of booking.
2. Non-Refundable Discounted Tickets
Many discounted fares are non-changeable and non-refundable after ticket issuance. Airlines enforce these terms strictly, and we must comply with their conditions.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
If you or the airline cancels your booking, refunds will return to the same payment method used. Refunds are processed following the same sequence and method as your instalments.
Normally, refunds take 4–8 weeks to complete, though in some cases airlines may take longer. Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate their procedures.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Raising a chargeback before contacting us may result in the loss of part or all of your refund. Chargebacks often delay valid refunds and can involve administrative or legal costs. To avoid this, please speak with your travel agent first.
5. Cancellations Without Valid Reason
If you cancel without a valid medical or exceptional reason, we may hold or deduct part of your refund. This deduction covers supplier penalties, administrative costs, and transaction fees. Always consult your travel advisor before cancelling.

- Refunds depend entirely on airline and supplier rules.
- We process refunds only once funds are received from the supplier.
- We cannot issue refunds faster than the airline’s policy allows.
- Deposits and discounted fares are usually non-refundable.
