These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with The Luxury Booking UK (โ€œweโ€, โ€œusโ€, โ€œourโ€). By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to follow these terms.

โ€œYouโ€ refers to the lead passenger and all travellers included in the booking.


Website & Service Use

By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms. Therefore, if you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. Our website allows you to browse, plan, and reserve travel arrangements conveniently.


What You Can Book

You can book:

  • Flight-only tickets
  • Complete holiday packages (flights + hotels )
  • Hotel-only reservations
  • Tailor-made itineraries

In addition, we act as an agent for airlines, consolidators, hotels, and suppliers to provide you with a seamless booking experience.

  • We do not hold our own ATOL/IATA license.

Booking Confirmation

Once we receive your deposit:

  • We confirm your booking immediately
  • We issue your PNR within 24 hours
  • We provide confirmation of ATOL protection (if applicable)

We act as an agent on behalf of the supplier issuing your ticket.


Customer Responsibilities

The lead passenger must:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Provide accurate details for all passengers
  • Accept these terms
  • Make all payments on time
  • Ensure all passengers meet passport, visa, and health requirements
  • Verify airline details using the PNR

In addition, the lead passenger accepts full financial responsibility for the booking.


Price & Payment Terms

Once fully paid, your price is guaranteed.

Before full payment, prices may change due to:

  • Currency fluctuations
  • Airline/supplier cost changes
  • Taxes or government charges

However, we will notify you immediately of any price changes before ticketing.


Changes to Your Booking

Significant Changes

For major changes (e.g., accommodation downgrade, flight schedule change), you may:

  • Accept the new arrangements
  • Request a full refund
  • Choose a higher-standard alternative at no extra cost
  • Choose a lower-standard alternative and receive a refund of the difference

You must respond within the advised timeframe.

Minor Changes

However, minor adjustments (e.g., small flight time changes) do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


Package Holidays

Some tours require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum is not met:

  • We may cancel the holiday
  • We issue a full refund
  • Prices may adjust depending on group size

Deposits & Balance Payments

Deposit

  • Deposit: ยฃ25โ€“ยฃ100 depending on airline and route
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • We confirm bookings only after we receive the deposit

Balance Payments

  • Full balance is due 4โ€“8 weeks before departure
  • Failure to pay may result in:
    • Cancellation of your booking
    • Loss of deposit and instalments
    • ยฃ120 late payment fee per passenger

Amendments

  • All changes must be submitted in writing
  • Amendment fees apply per passenger + any airline charges
  • Adding new passengers counts as a separate booking

In addition, all amendments are subject to supplier approval.


Cancellations

  • You must submit cancellations in writing
  • Most cancellations result in 100% loss, depending on fare rules
  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline/supplier

Legal Notice:
Providing false information, fraudulent payment, or fake documents may result in:

  • Booking cancellation
  • Reporting to authorities
  • Legal action, up to ยฃ10,000 penalty

Financial Protection (ATOL)

The Luxury Booking UK does not hold its own ATOL license.
Flight-inclusive packages are issued under supplier ATOL licenses, which ensures protection.

You will receive:

  • ATOL Certificate
  • Supplier ATOL number
  • Confirmation of protection type

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking is not ATOL-protected.


Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

  • Fastest method for urgent bookings
  • Banks may charge cash deposit fees

Card Payments

  • No surcharge for EEA-issued cards
  • Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, JCB

Third-Party Cards

  • If the cardholder is not travelling, we require ID verification
  • Booking may be declined if verification fails
