These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Luxury Booking UK. Please read them carefully before making a booking, paying a deposit or requesting a quotation.

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Luxury Booking UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, requesting a quotation, paying a deposit or making a booking, you agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
These terms explain your rights, responsibilities, payment obligations, cancellation policies, refund procedures and our role as a travel agent.
“You” and “your” refer to the lead passenger and every traveller included in the booking.
Website Use
Our website is provided to help customers search, compare and book travel services.
By using this website you agree to:
- Use the website lawfully.
- Provide accurate information.
- Not misuse or interfere with website security.
- Not make fraudulent enquiries or bookings.
We may refuse or cancel any booking if false information or fraudulent activity is detected.
Our Services
The Luxury Booking UK offers travel arrangements including:
- Flight-only bookings
- Holiday packages
- Hotel reservations
- Multi-city itineraries
- Tailor-made travel packages
- Group travel
- Business travel
- Book Now Pay Later travel options where available
We act as a travel agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, tour operators and other travel suppliers.
Our Role
The Luxury Booking UK arranges travel on behalf of third-party suppliers.
We do not operate airlines or hotels.
Flight tickets, hotels and holiday arrangements are supplied under the booking conditions of the relevant airline, hotel or travel supplier.
Where applicable, flight-inclusive holidays are protected under the supplier’s ATOL licence.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- Your deposit or full payment has been received.
- We accept your booking.
- Your booking reference has been created.
Where available, your airline PNR is normally issued within 24 hours after your deposit has been processed.
You should always check your booking details carefully. Any mistakes must be reported immediately.
Customer Responsibilities
The lead passenger confirms that:
- They are at least 18 years old.
- All passenger information is correct.
- Passport names exactly match official travel documents.
- All travellers agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
- All payments will be made on time.
The lead passenger accepts responsibility for everyone included within the booking.
Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold:
- Valid passports
- Required visas
- Transit visas
- Health certificates
- Vaccination documents
- Any other travel documents required by immigration authorities
Failure to obtain correct documentation is not the responsibility of The Luxury Booking UK.
Prices
All prices are subject to availability until tickets have been issued.
Prices may change because of:
- Airline fare increases
- Currency exchange movements
- Government taxes
- Airport charges
- Fuel surcharges
- Supplier price changes
Once your booking has been ticketed and fully paid, your agreed price is guaranteed unless government charges change.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
Most bookings require a deposit between £25 and £100 per passenger, depending on the airline, destination and fare conditions.
Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of these Booking Terms & Conditions.
Balance Payments
The remaining balance must normally be paid between 4 and 8 weeks before departure, unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in:
- Cancellation of your booking.
- Loss of your deposit.
- Loss of previous instalments where permitted by the applicable fare conditions.
- Additional supplier charges.
- Late payment fees where applicable.
Book Now Pay Later
Selected bookings may qualify for our Book Now Pay Later payment plans.
Where approved:
- A deposit secures your booking.
- Remaining payments are made by agreed instalments.
- Missed payments may result in cancellation.
- Airline fare rules continue to apply.
Payment plans remain subject to the applicable booking and supplier conditions.
Airline Tickets
All airline tickets remain subject to the airline’s own fare rules.
Certain tickets may be:
- Non-refundable
- Non-changeable
- Non-transferable
Airlines may charge additional fees for:
- Name corrections
- Date changes
- Route changes
- Upgrades
- Baggage
- Seat selection
These charges are outside our control.
Hotels
Hotel descriptions, facilities and star ratings are provided by our suppliers.
Occasionally hotels may:
- Change facilities
- Close restaurants
- Renovate rooms
- Alter services
These changes remain outside our control.
Package Holidays
Where your booking includes flights together with accommodation or other travel services, additional consumer protection may apply depending upon the supplier and applicable regulations.
If a supplier cancels a package holiday before departure, you may be offered:
- An alternative holiday
- A full refund where applicable
Amendments
Requests to change a booking must be made in writing.
Amendments remain subject to:
- Airline approval
- Hotel approval
- Supplier approval
Additional amendment fees and supplier charges may apply.
Adding another traveller normally requires a new booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges depend upon:
- Airline fare rules
- Hotel cancellation policies
- Supplier conditions
- Time before departure
Many discounted airline tickets are completely non-refundable.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Where a booking has been made using instalment payments, those instalment payments may be refundable where the booking is cancelled before the ticket has been issued, subject to the applicable airline and supplier terms.
Refunds normally take 8 to 12 weeks from the date the refund has been approved and processed. In some circumstances, refunds may take longer depending on the airline, supplier or payment processing times.
Where a booking is cancelled before the airline ticket has been issued, eligible instalment payments will be returned to the customer in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.
Once an airline ticket has been issued, airline or supplier cancellation charges, penalties or other fees may apply. These charges are determined by the relevant airline or supplier and are outside The Luxury Booking UK’s control.
Any refund due will be processed after the applicable airline or supplier has confirmed the refundable amount and returned the relevant funds to us where applicable.
Schedule Changes
Airlines may change:
- Flight times
- Flight numbers
- Airports
- Aircraft types
- Connections
These operational changes remain the responsibility of the airline. We will notify you as soon as we are informed.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- War
- Civil unrest
- Terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Airport closures
- Air traffic control restrictions
- Industrial action
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel bookings where:
- Fraudulent payments are suspected.
- False documents are provided.
- Identity verification fails.
- Unauthorised card use is detected.
Serious fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Financial Protection
The Luxury Booking UK does not hold its own ATOL licence.
Where your booking qualifies, protection is provided under the ATOL licence of the supplier issuing your booking.
If your booking is ATOL protected you will receive:
- An ATOL Certificate
- Supplier details
- Protection information
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking is not ATOL protected.
Complaints
If you experience any problems during your trip, please notify the relevant supplier immediately.
If your complaint remains unresolved, please contact The Luxury Booking UK in writing within 28 days of your return so we can investigate.
Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Your information is used for arranging and managing your travel booking and may be shared where necessary with airlines, hotels, payment providers and travel suppliers.
Governing Law
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
