Frequently Asked Questions

We have answered some of the most common questions our customers ask before booking flights and holidays with The Luxury Booking UK. If you need further assistance, our travel team is available to help.

1. How do I book a flight or holiday package?

You can request a flight or holiday booking through The Luxury Booking UK website or contact our travel team directly.

Our travel consultants can help you compare available flights, destinations, travel dates and booking options.

2. What is the deposit and payment policy?

Selected bookings may be secured with a minimum deposit of £50 per passenger, depending on the airline, destination and fare conditions.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Instalment payment options may be available on selected bookings.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date.
  • Payment dates and amounts will be confirmed when your booking is arranged.
Important: If a booking is cancelled before an airline ticket has been issued, eligible instalment payments may be refundable, subject to the applicable supplier terms. Refunds normally take 8–12 weeks, although they can take longer depending on the airline or supplier.

3. Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Selected bookings may be eligible for Book Now Pay Later or instalment payment arrangements.

Where available, you can secure your booking with an agreed deposit and pay the remaining balance according to the payment schedule provided by our travel team.

Instalment availability depends on the booking, supplier, fare and departure date.

4. What happens after I pay the deposit?

Once your payment has been received and your booking has been processed, our travel team will provide the relevant booking information.

  • Your airline reservation or PNR details, where applicable.
  • Your flight itinerary and booking information.
  • Your agreed payment schedule, where instalments apply.
  • Any important supplier or airline conditions.

Customers should check all passenger names, dates, routes and other booking details carefully.

5. Are my bookings financially protected?

The Luxury Booking UK acts as a travel agent and works with airlines and travel suppliers.

Where an eligible booking is protected under a supplier’s ATOL arrangements, the relevant supplier will provide the applicable protection and documentation.

Protection depends on the type of booking and the supplier through which the booking is issued. Customers should check their booking documentation for the applicable protection.

6. Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can request a cancellation or amendment, but all requests are subject to the terms of the airline, hotel or other travel supplier.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Airline and supplier cancellation charges may apply.
  • Amendment fees may apply to changes.
  • Some airline tickets may be completely non-refundable.
If an airline ticket has already been issued, any applicable airline or supplier cancellation charges are outside our control and will be deducted where required under the fare conditions.

7. How long do refunds take?

Refund processing normally takes 8–12 weeks for eligible cancellations.

In some cases, refunds may take longer depending on the airline, supplier and the time they take to process and release the funds.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. Where a booking was made using instalment payments and the cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refundable amount will be returned in accordance with the applicable supplier and booking terms.

8. How do I contact customer support?

Our travel team can assist with bookings, payments, amendments and general travel enquiries.

9. Do you offer special deals or promotions?

We may offer selected flight deals, seasonal fares and special travel offers.

Prices and availability are subject to change and depend on the airline, supplier, destination and travel dates.

Contact our travel team for current availability and applicable offers.

10. Can I book flights to multiple destinations?

Yes. We can assist with multi-city and complex itineraries, subject to airline availability and fare conditions.

Our travel team can help you compare suitable routes, airlines and travel dates for your journey.

11. How do I manage my booking?

After booking, our travel team can assist with your itinerary and booking information.

  • View your itinerary and PNR where applicable.
  • Make agreed instalment payments where available.
  • Request booking amendments.
  • Ask questions about your airline or supplier booking.

Changes remain subject to the relevant airline or supplier conditions.

12. What happens if my ticket has already been issued and I cancel?

Once an airline ticket has been issued, the airline’s fare rules apply.

Any cancellation, refund or amendment charges imposed by the airline or supplier will apply to the booking.

These charges are outside our control. Where a refund is permitted, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable airline and supplier policy.
